Drniška Tradicija d.o.o. is a family-owned company born from a strong connection to its region, heritage, and the tradition of preparing dried meat. It was founded by Mr. Ante Blažević, whose family passed down knowledge and love for cured meat products through generations. What began as a personal passion for the traditional preparation of cured meat products grew into a serious business venture while he was still in his early twenties, and in 2002 led to the establishment of Drniška Tradicija. Today, the company is led by his daughter, together with a professional team, continuing to develop the business on the foundations of family dedication, proven quality, and measurable results in the domestic and international markets.
